Need a Calling Card?
Sometimes things get hectic at home. All of the minutes on the mobile phone are used up and my missus has a two hour teleconference. What am I to do when I need to make a call? Me, I head over to the mall with my Pingo call and I am all set. A prepaid calling card provider is a big help at a time like this. No need to wait. This also comes in handy when I travel or more commonly when the missus travels. You never know when your vehicle is going to break down. Doesn’t it always seem to happen when you forgot your cell phone or the battery is dead? A phone card can save the day.
Now is a great time to check Pingo out. They have a great offer for a free online merchant shopping mall certificate when you purchase as little as $20 prepaid calling card. They will give you $5 free for international calling. There are several online stores that will accept the $25 certificates too.
You can go here to see United States calling card rates. I like this card as it provides good rates to Singapore and Malaysia. Surprise some bloggers someday. And I can use it to call the in-laws in Hong Kong.

Are they really cheaper than AT&T calling cards? I might have to get one to call my folks in Ipoh. Calling them on their cellpones are not cheap. Bought 1500 minutes on AT&T card and when I placed the call to their cellphone, “You have 50 minutes of call time”. Crazy.
SA: What a rip off! I would check these guys out and see if they are not a better value.
