Vegas Hotels

That post last week really stirred up my Vegas memories. With my hospitality industry education I found that I love the Las Vegas Hotels. Let me tell you that I collect hotels. Honestly. The memories of great hotels fill my brain. I enjoy observing the layout of a property. Where is the front desk? How are the restaurants positioned? Are the elevators convenient? How far do I have to walk before I can find a card game or a drink. I even peek under the hotel’s skirts and look at housekeeping and the kitchens. A well designed hotel has to be savored like fine wine.

That is why I go gaga over the Las Vegas Hotels. Each one has a theme. Some have special shows to complement those themes. The pirate show at Treasure Island and the Fountains at Bellagio have to be experienced. Get tired of Vegas. Go to Ceasar’s Palace and experience Roman architecture or the world of Ali Baba at Aladdin’s Palace. You can gamble if you feel lucky or just wanna drop a wad of bills that you don’t want anymore. Catch a show. Watch the performances of Celine Dion, Cirque de Soleil or any of a number of major acts.

There is so much to do in Vegas. It is much more than casinos. When you visit the Las Vegas Hotels keep an eye open for special deals too. We received four tickets for a variety show just by checking out a time share. And investigate the different buffets. My favorite is located at the Bellagio, where they had a lot of exotic meat. For the first time I tasted Chilean Sea Bass and it tasted absolutely delicious.
