Simple America

One thing I discovered as I assembled my power player PC was the DCI plug. This is used by the monitor to interface with the video card on the PC. It looked so different than the VGA connectors I have used on computers since I purchased my first IBM clone back in the 80s.

So I wondered what does an HDMI plug look like? High definition is where video seems to be moving. I am certain that my next video card requirement shall include HDMI. Fortunately, they produce DCI to HDMI converters, so when I get this card I could continue using my monitor. Though getting a new high def monitor to go with this makes more sense.
