What’s The Deal?

Is it just this blog or is the spam just chugging out at a crazy pace? And the spammers seem to be more clever as more posts are making it to the moderation page and a couple even shows up as a comments. Really ticks me off.

But the one occurence that really ticks me off is the porn sites that go out of their way to leave a comment on the posts where I advocate protecting children from porn. I wish I could get my hands on those goons. Give a good shaking about at least.

    ps:What ticks me off is that now that I got all my spam under control (ie, they ALL go straight into the spam bin thanks to a powerful combination of Akismet and Karmaspam), there are now sneaky pingback sites instead!!!

    There should be special punishment chamber for those spammers which promote porn.

    they sneak into some of my posts every now and then, but not often enough to get me too irritated. I wish they’d find something else to do instead, though…

    The spammers are getting smarter. One even commented that he bookmarked me. Unknowingly I reciprocated by going to comment on his property site. I saw many bloggers whom I know comment too.

    Another one tried 6 times, trying to post comments in my different posts. And each time I deleted one, he post again.

    And the spammers are posting in way back posts too. Had I not have moderation, all these spam would go through.
